They welcome, advise you and answer your questions. They explain how we work, our guarantees and help you to find and get your future land for example.

They study with you the building project considering your expectations and personal situation.

You will conceive and materialize the project with them.

The leading and inspection of the construction

Mister Robert Criado himself is in charge of this job and responsability. During all the building period, he applies his 23 years' experience to coordinate all the steps with

the intervention of the different artisans in the building of your house.

He checks everything and supervises the works quality and to the respect of the time limit.

est assuré par Monsieur Criado, le dirigeant de Toits de France lui-même, qui durant toute la période de construction, exerce son savoir-faire et son expérience pour coordonner l'ensemble des interventions des différents artisans oeuvrant sur votre maison. Il vérifie et veille à la qualité des travaux réalisés et au respect des délais. Il vous informe à chaque étape du bon déroulement de votre chantier.

The internal and administration manager

She is responsible for all the administration formalities needed for your construction dossier.
